course, medium and fine ? I have no scratches just a dull finish on SS

| Hm little trick I learned regarding cleaning up stainless is quite easy. Aluminum foil and water. Just kinda wad up a piece of foil, dip in water and polish. Use a clean cloth to buff out and you will be surprised. |
