Look, RockAuto

About a year ago or two years ago for the 1960 Chrysler e.g. New Yorker were both sockets available, for the tail lamp and for the back up lamp. At that time both sockets were mixed up, because the tail lamp socket has two wires, the back up lamp socket one wire. Actually on the online catalog there is just the back up light socket available, but not the tail lamp socket. In the online catalog, e.g. Standart Motor Products S29 is available - in reality a tail lamp socket, because it has two wires.

But what socket do I have to choose for the tail lamp socket (in reality the back up lamp socket, because it has only one wire)?

I highly appreciate your answer and hint. Thank you.

Yours faithful

Dieter

Dieter, your not really expecting a reply are you?

They have someone sitting there plugging that add to any forum and FB page that hasn't or wont boot them

Not saying there is anything wrong with them, but use their web page to email them or see (I don't know if they actually
have facebook) if they have a facebook page you can order off

Rock Auto is a "chat room" linked with companies -- and they drop ship everything ---- they do not have a single Auto part in stock -- and don't even have a counterman who has a clue what an Auto part IS.....

What you need with these cars is an old school cool parts man
( A dinosaur) --- and that is me.....
