Dont think its been posted here yet.

The car looks great besides the rims, they just dont look quite right.   And its a bit too low Stance matters people!  alot, I think they just took it as low and as big as they could.

Yeah. IMO 97% of modern customs are ruined by wheel selection. Those are hideous.

I really like this car. It is incredibly well done. Shannon, the builder, works with my dad now in Fort Worth.

I do agree that it sits too low for my taste and the wheels are too big. That's all a part of the current street rod crowd if you want to win awards, which this car has done - it was a Goodguys Custom Rod of the Year Finalist for 2017.

The formula is a car must be on the ground with airbags, huge wheels, and EFI. Very simple if someone wanted to "fix" the looks with a different set of wheels and a couple of button pushes on the air ride. But it does look good how it's shown here.

My preference is low, but not dragging the ground. I wheeled my own '57 Chrysler out for a look the other day to start getting an idea of what needs to change. It's pretty close but I want a slightly taller rear tire.

What is going on with that photo? Why does the steering wheel look like it has a glowing halo like that? Why doesn't the ground match up through the back window better to the outside? I understand that the back window can distort the view a little, but this one is really off. Even the side window view is off. I just makes the photo look odd. And the focus doesn't help the situation. It really makes it look like a model or cartoon photo.

yeah of course height is an easy fix

and they should get those custom white walls or something, car looks amazing though. Something you certainly don't see often, a real FWL custom.

I kind of like it, BUT - I hate to see modern car interiors in Classic cars - just wrong. At least the upholstery could have been made to resemble a Classic look.

Nice car !! Except it sets too low and those dumb*ss tires and wheels do not compliment the car.
