For the brewery to be interested your wagon would at least have to display an OE "Suburban" name plate on your wagon. Most people associate "Suburban" with the big Chevy passenger truck seeing as it is into it's 12th generation http://www.langdalefamily.com/suburbanhistory5.html The 1960 Chevy Suburban was the 5th generation. I'm looking for a reference for 1925. So far, all I have found is: "Plymouth's first official station wagon was offered in April of 1934. This time the factory got involved -- they shipped the chassis to the U.S. Body & Forging Company plant at Tell City, Indiana. There U.S.B.F. built and installed a station wagon body on the Deluxe PE chassis. ...Options on the other PE models such as automatic clutch and free wheeling transmissions were not available and the rear bumper was deleted, for which the buyer got a small credit--bumpers were still optional in '34. The seats were upholstered in Spanish grain leather, all three of them. The rear two were removable for greater cargo carrying capacity. Glass was used in the front doors but the rest of the openings were covered with storm curtains. The name for this new creation was a mouthful-- officially it was known as the Plymouth Westchester Semi-Sedan Suburban." Expert Posts: 1348 Location: Valley Forge, Pa. | Hey Gregg, I won some 1960 SUBURBAN Pa. tags on Ebay a few years ago. Talking with a tag collector, he said these plates are really rare. Everything about these tags is interesting to me, especially having a 60 Suburban. Like you said, Pa. only stamped their plates 1 year[1960] with "SUBURBAN", they are near mint, there are 2 of them and that's unusual with Pa. being one of the few states that does not use a front tag. I did check and this tag # is not being used but I doubt I could ever use them. The reason there are 2 as I found out is they are for Press Photographers and apparently, Pa. still uses plates that start with PP for press photographers. I've thought about going to old tags but I don't like the restrictions and with a vintage tag on my car and I could only expect to get pulled over by cops not up on the laws. Later, Karl.
