I have the opportunity to possibly purchase a pair of Plymouth convertibles.
My understanding is these 2 convertible have been in a storage / pole building for some time.
These cars are supposed to be complete but I have not seen them.
I am trying to figure out what if any value these 2 cars would have.
I do not want to insult the owner.
He has a few other 57/58/59 Plymouth 2 Dr and 4 Drs that may also be for sale.
Thanks for any input it would be greatly appreciated.

You realize that it is pretty much impossible to quote a value without any pictures. Without pictures, I would say from $4K to $75k each.

Well I have seen a couple of older pic of the 2 convertibles.
I was told they are still there.
Now I guess it will be spring before I can get a chance to see them in person.
I would like to know if there are any areas that I should be looking at.
Like (floors, glass, frame rails or motor/Trans).
Again any input would be greatly appreciated
Thanks again Phil

Phil, I think the strongest influences on value are completeness, rust, and mechanical condition.

Guess I will have to take a wait and see attitude.
The pictures that I seen were older prints
But it appears that someone has tried to fix passenger rear 1/4 and made a mess of it.

I miiss the days when you could buy a car for a only a couple hundered bucks. But yeah condition is every thing. A screw driver and a magnet will tell all.

Well I own them
58 convert is a shell but decent/repairable sheet metal and floors.
57 convert is a rust bucket but has all the missing parts for the 58.
Also bought a 57 Plymouth 2dr sedan very low mileage 6 cylinder stick needs a front clip.
Also got a bunch of other parts.
Now I need to get things sorted out and see what I really have.
