Mid July, I entered my car in a really nice, two-day show that's held yearly in Columbus, Ohio.

There's usually well over a thousand cars to see at that show, and there is something for everybody.

A man asked if he could include my car in a video he was making, and today I found it on YouTube.

(A few description boo-boos, but a cool video nonetheless. And he was a really pleasant fellow too. I think he meant to say that the firewall tag indicates that the original factory paint was black and white, and that the new paint colours are correct for a 1957 Firesweep. I always keep my old dealer's pain and fabric book in the trunk to prove it.

It was a great weekend, and the weather cooperated. My car received a Top 100 award on Friday - as well as the Best Stock Engine award, and an Award of Excellence on Saturday.

It's not about the awards, but it sure is a nice surprise to know folks seem to appreciate my old car as well as I do. LOL
