What is Nancy Smoking?

1957 DeSoto Adventurer Hardtop, 1949 DeSoto Custom Convertible, and 1947 DeSoto Custom For Sale

She isn't smoking anything, she was recently widowed and is selling her cars left by her husband. Scroll down to the above which is also on this forum and you can see pictures of all three cars. The '57 Adventurer and the '49 Custom convertible have already been sold.

She is probably not a gearhead and may have not been precise regarding her description such as V6 but we all know a '47 DeSoto did not have a V6 engine. As far as price is concerned, she may be open to realistic offers. Her cars are tops as far as condition, etc. If you can find a nicer one, more power to you. Below is a picture of her '47 DeSoto.

This thread probably should be moved but it's up to the moderator to do so.

Thanks for sticking up for me!! Guess it's an inline 6 instead of V-6? You are right, it is very nice; there is a lot of interest in it. I welcome any advice. Where should it be moved to?

You are welcome. Yes, it is an inline 6 and as far as moving the thread, just let the moderator do it if he is so inclined. This thread is designated for Forward Look 1955 through 1961 model years and that is why someone suggested it be moved because of the car being a 1947.

Glad to hear there is a lot of interest and wish you great success is selling it.
