It has won many first-place and best-of-show awards, beautiful interior and exterior, all components are exactly as original, white wall tires, odometer 31,799. Owner 24 years. $79,500.
1949 Custom Convertible: Glade green color, 6 cyl., 2 door, VIN S1376502, convertible top is in excellent condition. Tip-toe hydraulic shift with gyrol fluid drive, four speed transmission with manual shift, interior and exterior distinguished clean-cut beauty, white wall tires, odometer 83,156, owned 12 years. Location: New Castle PA | I have seen the '57 many times, and it's quite nice. 1650 were manufactured, though, not 996. I don't know where that number came from, but the owner had it posted on a next-to-car sign at shows and it has always raised eyebrows. |
