So my 60 Valiant Wagon has the problem of spewing gas down the Quarter panel at the gas cap .This is not a new problem as the original paint showed signs of this as well .The tank does not need to be even close to full for this to happen .It has the standard gas cap as well as the vent tube .I was wondering if any other members had this problem and a possible solution,Thanks in advance .

Sounds like your vent tube may be plugged.

I thought it might be a venting problem ,but I have yet to figure it out ,has the original gas cap ,Thanks for your thoughts.
