Uncompleted Project. Very rare 58 original RHD Desoto Firesweep.
believed to be 1 of less than 100 ever built here.
Has been painted.
361 big block Engine with bigger cam and 383 valves in head and 3 speed push button Auto have been rebuilt.
Extra chassis included that has spare wheels, diff and power steering.
Selling regretfully as house has sold and no place to take it to finish.
I can only find 2 others that are registered in Australia so will be very rare when completed.
I have spent a lot of time and money sourcing parts and have already got things like a complete rubber kit, hood lining with windbracing and bows, red floor (and Boot i think) carpet. clips for the mouldings.
Car located in Munruben, Queensland, Australia

No reserve and start at 5 grand, bit of a gamble if no one jumps on it

The paint over rust you can see in the last pic (in front of the radiator opening) would be a worry though

For any Melbournians , there used to be an orange one get to the Footscray swap meets in the 1990s . It was this exact colour and never saw it again . I would say it would have to be the car .
