Location: Houston | Hmmm....I wonder just how well that actually fits a FL mopar. The placement of those brackets will be of paramount importance in making it work right.
I'll bet the instructions, if any, state "place brackets where needed'. Plus I bet the brackets might or might not fit the car's contours.

Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | It won't work if mounted in the right or left side - such a device must be center mounted for to lift and close correctly.
Any which way, such a device is uncool on our cars - easier and better with an electric trunk latch |
