Location: Chattanooga | Are the floor pans and trunk pan the same for 1960 Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler and Desoto? Are there other models that would have interchangeable sheet metal? |

Location: Hayward, Calif | From what I found replacing those floor pans ( 59 dodge ) they are similar but have slight differences. I bought a 4' x8' sheet of 18 ga sheet metal and made them myself. If the mounts are badly rusted and have little or no strength left in them use 16 ga. Let that 16 ga spread out 3 or 4" to help spread out the weight of the body. I couldn't find a way to make them round so made them square. They will never be seen by anyone so who cares what they look like, as long as they support the body weight. If I remember correctly, unibody started in 1961. That changes everything. Jerry |

Location: Chattanooga | First unibody was the 1960 models, and I need to know if all the 1960-61 floor and trunk pans are the same.
