what is the factory correct color of underside of hood for 1956 Plymouth? Is it to be black or to be the color of the top side of the hood?

I stand to be corrected but i *think* they left the factory painted black on the underside. From what I can see, very often, when people paint their cars, they paint the underside of the hood one of the body colours.

But that is not based on written facts, just observations.
