So the reflector is 1 1/4 and total is 1 3/4...

Looks like I could slap this over it?  Anyone ever light up their reflector?  This can handle brakes also.  or turn signal.

looks like its just a regular bulb inside. I guess I wouldn't need the housing. Just mount it inside

Don't think so.

I have a different set-up using 1157s with "insanely bright" LEDs. They are NOT regular bulbs or even regular LED bulbs. Some newer LED technology that creates a retina burning brightness, in red even.

I would run it through the lense... Probably isn't enough though.
