Uniquely rare, you certainly don't see one of these everyday, let alone one that's been customized and modernized like this black beauty. A ton of time, money and creative energy was spent keeping this old drop top lady all Mopar. So, read on for more... Receiving a body off restoration, the wonderful all steel body features shaved door handles, smoothed hood, deck, emblems and custom head/tail lights. Specifically retaining its polished body-side and upper-body bright work combined with body color front/rear trim & bumpers, the factory body lines stand out with a great "Sinister" look. Nicely finished off with subtle old school pin-striping and power black soft canvas convertible top. 17" American Racing Wheels and slammed low for show... The chassis received the same level of attention including fully independent "IFS" Mustang II type front suspension, tubular front control arms, front stabilizer bar, power rack-n-pinion steering, power front disc brakes, custom 4 bar rear suspension, rear stabilizer bar, 8 3/4 Chrysler rear differential and of course, air ride system (front bags/rear air shocks). Yep, the ride is nice... Mopar power baby! Features include a rebuilt Chrysler 360 V8 with forged pistons, balanced rotating mass, competition camshaft, 4bbl intake manifold w/Holley carburetor, Edelbrock engine dress, rebuilt radiator w/electric cooling fans, tube headers w/dual exhaust and transferring the power is a torque-flight automatic transmission with overdrive. More than enough power to pass gas ;-)... The interior features factory style bench seating wrapped in custom stitched synthetic leather upholstery, sculpted door panels/arm rests, tilt steering column, customized body color dash w/Auto-Meter instrumentation, center console w/shifter & ride control gauges and of course, Vintage Air Conditioning/Heat.
