Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | Is there anyone who knows how the clock knob on the '60-'62 Chrysler clocks is mounted?
Many automotive clocks has the knob screwed onto the stem, but I have tried without any success.
Could it be that there's some type of LocTite or solder fixating the knob?

Location: Branson, MO | My thoughts are that the knob is screwed (threaded) onto the stem. In the old days when these cars were new, a lot of them loosened and fell off if I remember correctly. Yours probably seized on due to moisture and rust I suspect if someone didn't glue it on with something sometime back.

Location: central Illinois | My Desoto's knob was stuck enough I had to use a tiny needle nose pliers to hold the stem. |

Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | Thanks' guys, I'll fabricate a "wize-tool" that won't damage the knob and try to apply a little heat too. |
