Subject: 57-58 Hardtop Windshield

I have a new, never installed, still in crate PPG W451 (hardtop) clear windshield. This is not the thin windshield that is being produced. It is the true 1/4" thick one, actually measures a strong 1/4" and am in need of a W454 (sedan) windshield for a current project. I would be willing to trade or sell the windshield out right. I can email pictures. Thanks!

No, this is the flat top, w451, you want the 453 for bubble top cars. They do not interchange.

It was my understanding that the "bubble" (453) and the "flat" (451) were interchangeable? This is from another post on the subject.....

They are not, the edge of the roof is a lot different between them.
