Location: Lower Mainland BC		I found out from Chrysler Historical that my LA-built 56 Dodge Custom Royal D500 was delivered to a dealer in Anacortes WA, E A Abbott Dodge., in May, 1956. They no longer exist but I am putting out feelers for memorabilia from the dealership. I am hoping that somebody might have a lead on said dealership info.

Thanks but I've been there and googled that. That photo is of the original dealership or at least not the one that existed in 1956. I have contacted the Anacortes Historical Society to see if they have anything newer.

I also contacted Len Dawson of NOS parts fame who lives in the area. However, it was by voice mail and email and I am being told to not be hopeful about the results.

I've also contacted the three antique dealers listed as being in Anacortes to keep an eye out for E A Abbott memorabilia.

I also put a WTB advert in the Skagit Valley craigslist.

Nothing back from any of those potential sources.

So far.

Good news/ bad news.

Good news: Len Dawson replied (Thanks Len).

Bad news: Len has been in the Anacortes area since 1988 and has never come across any E A Abbott Dodge memorabilia that he can recall.



The search will continue.

in Burlington. Another friend and I went up there and bought it all. Turned
out of was from E. Weymouth, Massechusetts !!! Go figure !
