Good morning.

I'm checking in with you Colorado guys (I'm in Fort Collins) to see about some '58 parts. I need a lower front grille valence and a driver's side upsweep. Would certainly consider any '58 stuff you might have on hand. Thanks!

Hi, Daryl:

The last time I went to Speedway and Svigel's, they were awfully low on '58 Plymouths. I think Svigel's had a '57, but they might be worth a try. So is that lower front grille valance the part behind the bumper or below the bumper?

Hi, Mike. Thx for your note. I checked out Svigel's recently. There were a couple of '57 sedans and a few random '58 parts. Haven't stopped at Speedway for almost a year. Probably worth a trip...

The lower valence is the part below the front bumper. I have a couple of them but rough. I'm interested in any parts that I can find!

Speedway's hours of operation are problematic. I don't think they have a phone and, last time I checked, they were open when they wanted to be open. I made the trip out there last year, but it is too far away for me to take a chance on if they are open or not. I'm not likely to go back soon. Daryl, if you are planning to go to the tri-state this weekend, stop by the Butcher Block for breakfast! You never know what you might find there!
