Have a 1956 Dodge Royal Lancer and was interested in knowing what is the best brand to use for the heater/radiator hoses. Who did Dodge/Chrysler use as a supplier in 1956. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try NAPA. A good parts man can generally find what you need for these old cars. As for what who they used in 56 is going to be pretty hard to answer. As long as it looks good and routed correctly, not likely you will be faulted for it. Jerry

Probably Gates supplied original parts, and they should still be available through any Gates dealers?

Thanks everyone for your help. I found some bulk heater hose that looks very original at Marshalls Hardware in San Diego. Napa said get the part # and we can order it for you. I found the part # on Gates website.
