Would a front fender from a 1962 Dodge 330 or 440 model fit onto a 1961 Dodge ?

Of course there are differences between the overall wheelbase length from the 161 to 62 models. Also the obvious upper body line that wraps from the front headlight and extends into the front door.

Need info on weather it would bolt onto a 1961

No, it will not fit at all. You would have to use a fender from a 1962 Dodge 880 to fit on a 1961 Dodge. The 880 was a full sized car like the 1961 Dodge, but the 330 and 440 were mid sized cars with completely different sheet metal, nowhere near the same.
