They don't have to be mint. Just not badly cracked. The full depth ones, not like the Coronet ones

Like this one (I need two):

UPDATE:

I have decided to do a reversible modification to the taillights on my 1956 Custom Royal. I am going to convert the back-up lights to a second taillights (3rd and 4th if you are counting) (complete with running and stop/signals light via new 2 pin sockets tied into the existing harness). To this end, I have bought two lenses from AJ's Classic Lenses. One of them is the proper 1955/56 Custom Royal taillight, PN 1658454. The other is different and has kind of a pebbly finish to the inside of the lens, much like the lower half of the 1604395 55/56 Custom Royal back-up light lens. The PN on this pebbly lens is 1604394. I can NOT find it in my parts book. However, the parts book lists 1604390, 4392, 4395 and 4396. No 1604394.

Not sure if I can live with the 1604394 (the one on the left) so if you have a 1658454 (the one on the right) for sale, please let me know. BTW, the PNs are cast into the inner most edge of the lens (IF your eyesight will let you see it).

I was just offered two used tail light lenses today. Unfortunately, they are both the pebbly-inside finish 1604394 lenses like the one on the left below for a 1955 Custom Royal, instead of the smoother, clearer, 1956 Custom Royal's, 1658454 (on the right).

So I am still looking for another 1658454.

;)

In my quest to convert the seldom used back-up lights on my 56 Custom Royal to extra tail/stop/signal lights, I need two proper OE bulb holders. I bought aftermarket sockets but they do not push the bulb out close to the lens. What I need is this:

hi
call Kenneth Furr in Concord, N.C. (Concord is near Charlotte, N.C. ) 704-788-6284. (DO NOT text, call). Also, He does not have a computer. He is an honest, elderly, man with 30 year collection of 56 used dodge parts and has a couple complete project cars and parts cars, all for sale. (He has no nos parts). The large Charlotte Auto Fair is in Concord in April. Perhaps someone you know who is going, to the Auto Fair, could bring back to you or anyone else, any parts anyone needs.

UPDATE Jan. 23, 2017:

I am getting proper 2pin 1157 sockets from John at Big M and I just bought two more RED LED 1157 Tail/Stop/Signal light bulbs from ARDEE Sales in Seattle. I really like those bulbs, very bright.

As for the lack of back-up light, I found this United Pacific product. I also found that I can purchase United Pacific products locally (still have to come out of the US but at a bit less cost to me)

Mine is not a Corvette (56 Dodge Custom Royal) but the same idea, I am converting my back up lights to more signal/tail/stop lights.

Moving along with the taillight conversion and have used the one 1658454 lens that I had. Still need another one.
