Has anyone bought these before? Would the Dodge ones for a 4 door sedan fit all the sedans across all the makes 57-59?

I was looking at those last week and then I realized that they were just Masonite hardboard. If you can trace your existing door panel boards, aka "door cards", and you have some wood working tools (JigSaw, mandrel hole saws, drills, etc) you could repro your own panels for much less than the eBay offerings.
