Hi John,

Got that 413 starter from you and never thought to ask you about another piece of the puzzle I need. I'm also in need of a pushbutton cable for a '60 plymouth with a powerflite 2 speed.

Hi Don, both of the '60 Plymouths here are equipped with Torqueflite transmissions. I am not sure of the interchangeability between the two shift cables. ---John

Hi John,

Im looking for a piece of trim for the 59 coronet, drivers side. I have the larger piece that goes over the wheel opening, but not this corner piece that ties into the brow molding. Can you help?

Thanks,

John --

Would you have a rubber(?) trunk mat for a 1958 Dodge? Would 1957 and 1959 be the same?

Also, are there side panels of some kind inside the trunks of 1957-59 Dodges, and might you have them if there are?

Thank you, Chris

Hi Bart, I loooked at the two '59 Dodges I have, and neither are equipped with wheel opening moldings, and therefore do not use the trim piece you are looking for. If something turns up in the near future, I will be sure to let you know. ---John

Hi Chris, that mat will be a tough one to find. Although repros are available for Plymouths, none are yet available for the Dodge. Out here in the west, the soft trim tends to dry out and get quite brittle with the heat and low humidity. It may be possible to find one that is still supple in an eastern car, however. The side panels are a cardboard-type material, possibly being reproduced by Gary Goers, Andy Bernbaum, or another vendor. Used ones are seldom good due to leaking trunks. ---John

Hi Ken, I have a 4-door sedan that has decent quarters, just a few rust bubbles behind the wheel openings. These can be used to repair a 2-door car, although if your car is rusty in front of the wheels, the 4-door quarters will not help due to the door doglegs. I will be getting a '59 2-door hardtop when I get back from Tulsa, I have not seen the car yet, so I do not know the condition of the body. ---John

Hi James, I have several sets of the license plate lights, all the lenses have some hazing due to age. 10.00 is the price for each light. Please let me know if you are interested. I will be heading to Tulsa, so it will be a couple weeks before I can get back to you. ---John

Thanks for the response.

I have a 727 Torqueflite want to run in my car.  Basically, I want it to look like it came from the factory just like in the 62-66 Imps.

Big M- Have you any cars (ply-dodge) with overdrive? I need (or would like) the cables, brake and speedometer, and wiring harness/switch ect. I do not need the OD trans as I have one - maybe later on as a spare for future project. I plan to put it into my 1952 Ply. Also plan to install an OD in my '42 Ply.
