Is this the same as a car block? I found this ad:

Every thing should be pretty much the same on this engine as the car engine but I don't believe it was original in a 57 Dodge truck. The engine should have been a Dodge engine, a 315 or a 325 poly. The hemi was an option on the larger trucks.
