Thanks for that. Just got to wait for the right buyer who realises how much labour and money it takes to get to this stage. The hard part is done.

Because this is basically a US site, I assume your price is in Aussie dollars?

I'll let you confirm that

I've seen this one getting about on gumtree for a while now. I can't believe for that price it hasn't been snapped up. Australians just don't know or understand the market of these cars.. As me and James were laughing at "If it was a Chev, it would sell" because it seems that the Aust market only know of Chevs or Cadillacs!!!!!

Thats the problem Matte, Even with my dodge, I get "what year is it ect, they always think more of the mid 60s dodges.

I have advertised my car for $30,000 without even getting an offer, everyone loves it, but no one will spend on it.

There are 57 chevies I have seen for sale that are in good nic (going by the pictures) and going cheap that get interest, but not selling

Thats why I say, its a tough market, not a lot of people out there with good money for good toys

Personally, If that car was mine, I would finish it and just drive it, project cars are the hardest to sell unless your cutting your losses and giving it away with a substantial loss

Been offered several offers but im not interested. 25k is a fair price for the car. As stated there is 35k invested in the car without labour costs included so someone as stated is going to get a car that the hard work is done and done properly here in Australia.

Yeah for sure, don't sell it for any less. If you can hold out until someone comes along with the bucks, keep it.. I do have to agree with Mick though, that project cars are harder to sell.. Or you could finish it and sell your Chev if you still have one
