This isn't an easy task. Dodge cheaped out on the power steering for their trucks all the way to 1971, at which point, they re-designed the whole arrangement to match GM more. So there isn't a good substitute available from a newer truck. Believe it or not, power steering was an option in 1957, but it is extremely rare. It used a power assist setup that doesn't last long before leaking and having other issues, but you should be able to adapt one from any of the trucks up to 1971.

If you would rather have a tight, self-contained box, like most people, the only box I have discovered that has similar geometry to the original is from a large (1.5 ton or bigger) Isuzu/GM cab-over truck. These boxes are similar to the Dodge and could be adapted without too much trouble, but they are big and a little overkill for a small 1/2 ton truck. Classic Performance Products has come out with a new kit for the '61-'71 trucks with part number: 6169PSK-400D, but I have read of a lot of issues with it and CPP isn't very technically helpful to deal with it. I'm not sure what would be required to make this kit work with an older truck. You can read a little about it here:
