I would be willing to buy it would have to organise to get it to Orange County to a importer/exporter I know. Veteran Posts: 172 Location: Newcastle, NSW AUSTRALIA | Hi Marc I am waiting for replies from both oldMoParts & Autotrans. Those manuals look interesting. The guy on Craig's list I would be more then happy if I could get it shipped but being down here is a problem. I just talked to 1 of the leads he is getting me the part number so I can check what it is before I do a road trip. Cheers Gra

Expert Posts: 1740 Location: Alaska | The trans I have is a torqueflite but shipping for the whole unit would be a killer from where I live. That is why I offered to sell you parts to save you money. John at Bigm is in Calif. and it would be cheaper to get the trans. from him. I will help you any way I can.

Member Posts: 41 Location: South Central PA | Outer rotor is 1736163. The front pump housing with rotors and sleeve is 2084319. Did the outer rotor get damaged by the tab fragments? If you're having problems locating parts call up Jeff at JC auto. I recently spoke with him and he said that he was cleaning out one of his storage units and found that he had a lot of cast iron tf's (he also has a good bit of nos parts too), I know he deals with a lot of out of country shipping too.

Veteran Posts: 172 Location: Newcastle, NSW AUSTRALIA | Hi Guy's First off thanks to 58 Coupe for the offer to pull down & send parts really appreciated. I have been lucky finding a NOS rotor & sleeve kit thanks to 60 Windsor & part numbers. Going to have to find a parts number book I think. Anyway the trans guy has dismantled it & found that besides the rotor & sleeve the front clutch hub is ring grooved. I seen a repair sleeve on Ebay but I am hoping to find a NOS 1 if I can get a part number. thanks again guys for the info & help Cheers Gra
