Seller's description:
Up for sale is one of our most cherished family heirlooms the 1956 Chrysler impiril sedan. The car has been garaged all its life and is in very good shape for the year. The car is 100% rust free and was used on a weekly bases to run errands. In the last few months we replaced all the brakes and components, rebuilt the carburetor. And gave her a full tune up. It still have the original hemi engine and original transmission. Everything on the car is functional including the air conditioning power windows and of course the record player. The car does have some paint fading over the years But over all it's in fantastic condition. Grandpas to old to drive now so it has to go. Asking $9,500.00 O.B.O clean title in hand and it is currently registered. He also just did it a family trip up to Lake Elsinore a few weeks ago and it did great. For more info call or text (619) 419-6177 I will not except any lowball offers nor will I entertain offers before seeing the car. Thank you and have a blessed car shopping experience.

Location: North Australia | This looks to be a great car.
Yep far from perfect, has the battle scars to prove what it is, a nice old car that should be driven and maintained. Granted quite a bit of work initially probably, but to a loving owner, hell, no trouble at all! Lets take the old girl to the beach!
Love it. Wish I could go check it out myself.
There is something special about 1 owner cars I believe. I was the second owner of my Imperial, and the original owner, Kenney took me for a drive (reluctantly) the day I took over custodianship.. One of the best and worst days of my life.
Steve.
