I have two fwl-era non ac radiators. One of these came with my 300G.
They are similar exept one with over pressure tube anohter has a rubber hose.

Can you say where these are from? I had an issue with lower radiator hose. Waterpumps neck is 1.75" but radiator has smaller.

You didn't say which one came from your 300G. From what I recall, the higher the part number, the later the part is. So if the 1904806 is from your 300G, theoretically it was a later production unit and would probably have the rubber overflow hose. My '59 DeSoto is factory original and has the metal tube. My car is in a museum but the next time I'm there, I'll take a look at the part number and see how it compares to yours. My DeSoto does not have A/C either.

Thanks for the info. You are correct, 1904806 came with G and it has rubber overflow hose. Don't remember where second one came from, bought it from ebay many years ago.

I looked in the 1959 through 1962 parts books (a couple of each) and those exact numbers are not there. Not sure exactly how radiator numbers work, but 1904806 is close to '61 Plymouth and Newport/Windsor numbers. The other one is close to '60 Dodge/Plymouth. Don't know if that means anything.

1904808 is the non-AC radiator for 300G. Interestingly, the parts book says 1904809, but I've looked over at least a couple dozen Gs and never saw a 809.
1904811 is AC radiator for 300G

I was at the museum today and got the number from my '59 DeSoto radiator. It is 1832691 but sometimes the stamped number is a wee bit off from the actual "order" part number. This may or not be the case here but I'm not 100% sure. In any event my '59 part or stamped number is significantly lower than either of yours which would theoretically make it an earlier production unit.
