Got my "decoded" build record from FCA and I'm a little disappointed; several of the option codes are marked "Code N/A" (not available)
Trim: 502= Code N/A
Sport Tone: 1= Code N/A
Molding Package: 8= Code N/A
This is a Plaza club sedan, can anybody supply the missing code info?

| I recently learned that Chrysler has few order guides for their cars, and these order guides would be excellent for many of the questions such as yours.
As an alternative, you may be able to learn more about your trim code with a careful reading of the Factory Parts Book. As for the moulding packages, there may be clues in the FPB, but I'm not optimistic.

Location: So. Cal | The molding that you have on the car is for a Savoy. I believe the Plaza molding package consisted of the side spear on the front fenders and doors. Otherwise, it had nothing. But I don't know the codes for these cars either. We should probably pool together some info from original cars to figure it out. |

I've done some research by viewing pics of original cars with the model emblems clearly visible and it makes me think the side trim was dependent on the build sheet trim code. IOW, each model had more than one side trim configuration. |
