Expert Posts: 1480 Location: Pacific Northwest | Just wondering if anyone has benefited from any of the craigslist postings i've been sharing? I'm currently obsessing about finding my next car and figured I would share with all of you what I come across. I can see by the amount of views that everyone is at least checking them out but I haven't heard or seen any posts about whether or not anyone has taken advantage of them I'm not fishing for any thanks or praise, I'm just wondering if I am I wasting my time and taking up forum space. You said you havnt (but you will) In the meantime, your putting up cars that sooner or later, will be someone elses special car, so your not wasting your time at all and whats better, is even after the car has sold or otherwise dissapeared, if pictures and prices are added, it becomes a valuable resource to show the market over time As I am tentatively looking for another plymouth, I often go and search old posts on them to try and get a better idea of condition vs price

Unless something comes along that is too good to pass up. ttotired that is one of the main reasons I keep posting these finds. Future reference. Also I have more time than some of you and lees than others to find their elusive car.

Expert Posts: 2490 Location: Kansas City, KS | I currently have 10 cars and I'm not wanting to buy more but its still interesting to see/read ads posted here. Some days, the "for sale" ads are the only part of the site I read at all so thanks for posting and keep 'em coming!

Regular Posts: 89 | It is useful to see what is out there, and the prices asked, to get an idea of the overall market. Besides, its sort of "car porn", and fun to look at. Keep it coming, thanks for the effort. Mark

Expert Posts: 2905 Location: little rock, AR | I'm looking for the Phone # to the kid that was selling his Grandmothers 1961 Plymouth 4dr HT in PA. It was a White body Red roof car I have lost his phone #. Does anyone have the phone #. I also promised someone on this forum a Bird Dog fee but I've lost you mailing address for sending me some info on a car that I bought. Thanks, Dorsey Edited by oldwood 2015-03-06 12:36 AM

Regular Posts: 89 Location: Hastings Mn | I like looking at the posts too. Not very often I am looking to buy but, sometimes something comes up that you can't resist. I am not sure if you posted it but I bought the yellow 56 Desoto Fireflite Sportsman. A very nice car for the price. Thanks Edited by moparfrank 2015-03-06 10:53 PM

Elite Veteran Posts: 943 | The Craigslist postings are great. I don't recall if it was you who posted it but I bought a 1960 Imperial just a few months ago that had been posted here. I wouldn't have known about the car otherwise.
