Victoria - no snow this winter. except for a small skiff early Dec which disappeared next day. None at all last winter. Just a little the year before.
January - hardly any rain. Roads have been dry for weeks! Temps have seen daytime highs of 10 Celcius!

Frigin cold here in Alberta today. Extreme wind chills...made it hard to salvage parts off cars outside today.

My region hasn't seen a fleck of snow yet this year overhere in tulip-land.
Heck, it's bright and sunny today with temps between 7-9 degrees celsius.

That same rain has spelled lots of snow for us. Got 2' of it in the very soggy yard. Temps getting
up around 40ºf during the day, but freezing at night.

Globle ?
