Veteran Posts: 128 Location: Bavaria, Germany | Hello, does anyone up here know this car in person? http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/dealer/plymouth/savoy/1617707.h... Non-original color, Plaza trim and 1958 grille and headlights?

Expert Posts: 3490 Location: Montreal, Canada | This was a member's car before. It's even been for sale on this forum not so long ago. I'll try and dig up the thread and post it here. That's not Plaza trim, it's correct Savoy trim in 1957, for a monotone body car. Looks like a solid car with lots of potential. That headlight "conversion" is quite ugly, IMO! Poor car looks like Marty Feldman! Edited by soiouz 2013-12-22 1:21 PM (Marty-Feldman-1934-1982.jpg) Attachments ---------------- Marty-Feldman-1934-1982.jpg (48KB - 159 downloads)

Expert Posts: 3490 Location: Montreal, Canada | This was one of the original threads on this car: http://www.forwardlook.net/forums/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=38844&... By the way, this should be in the eBay and other ads section since you're not the one selling this car...

Veteran Posts: 128 Location: Bavaria, Germany | Thank you for the old thread on this car. Sorry it wasn't clear to me where to place this issue to discuss the car. Thought on FL swap meet are the ads placed by the owners of the cars.

It,s pretty much the correct location and length, but it does look like a glued on plastic trim.

Veteran Posts: 128 Location: Bavaria, Germany | I wonder if the 318 Dual Fury V-800 is original in this car, is not very probable on a Savoy. Air filters are non-correct '58, doesn't make the whole thing better...
