Location: bishop, ca		Vasteras would be the benchmark for the speed of down/up/what-ever loading of data.

Too bad we weren't advised to time out the loading of one of its full pages of images, before-and-after
the upgrading was effected.

Truth be told, however; I've got DSL/fast intraweb loading, and page 6 (E.G.) of the Vasteras
thread appears (if I hadn't already been aware of 'this' server upgrade) to load the photos about as
fast as it ever did.

But, the upgrade needed to be done, and so we heartily thank you for that, Dave!

I can view pages 1 through to 7 .. Page 8 is broken though as you say, I get the following message

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005'

Invalid procedure call or argument: 'Mid'

/forums/includes/include.asp, line 2179

Strange as Vedette has posted on it about a hour ago on page 8..

Yup.  We'll eventually be changing to VBulletin.  It's the only choice we have that will allow us to migrate the majority of the posts and all.  I have been talking to some programmers as we will need some custom work done to migrate the photo albums and a few other parts.  I'm working on it as time permits...
