Subject: 57 325 cylinder head bolts torque

I looked in the factory service manual under the cylinder head Removal and installation section but no luck. What is the correct torque for the cylinder head bolts? While my motor is out, I want to just check them.

I think it was section 5 on page 147 that had about cylinder head removal and installation. I don’t ever remember seeing an area just for torque specs like at the end of the chapter in my 69 factory service manual.

I don't know why you were using a 69 FSM for a 57. (??) If you don't have the 57 Dodge FSM, you can download it here:

Cool. Thanks. Yes, we have a 57 fsm for our 57 Dodge. We also have a 69 fsm for our two 69 gtx convertibles.
