NOT MINE!

Just had a phone discussion with a fellow CONSIDERING selling the Adventurer he has owned since he was 17 (and he's in 70-ish now). Car is very unusual in that it is black ROOF and sweep, with gold body. I only know of a couple cars painted that way originally, as black roofs make the car very hot in the sun. In any case, the car has been worked on a LOT, including a complete engine rebuild, transmission rebuild, lots of front end work, etc., but the car isn't fully put back together yet. The front clip is off, door panels and headliner need done, but materials are with the car. All numbers matching, always garaged, almost no rust, so I'm told. The gentleman doesn't know if he should sell it, as he's getting to realize that he'll not likely get it done and enjoy it as he once hoped. In any case, he asked me to run an exploratory note here to see what the interest would be in selling her. I told her that I'd summarize any emails from you folks and get them to him, and he can contact you to answer any questions or to provide additional information. I only have these photos (attached), which were before a lot of the current rebuilding was done.

Let me know what you think, what you want, etc., and I;'ll let him get back to you. THIS IS A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY for someone, I think!

Seller will likely contact interested persons directly, but in the meantime, he sent me 2 pictures, which I'll post here.
