Would anyone know of anywhere to get floor braces for the front floor pan where the seat is

You need to make them, for the 57-58's. The '59 brace is made in Sweden (?), but not the earlier ones.

I don't think that is true. They are made in Finland, and they are mostly correct for '57-'59 The '57 extends across the full width of the car, but the '58-'59 don't. The parts are made like the '58-'59, but can work well for '57 if you splice it in. Are there other differences between '58 and '59 that I am not aware of?

The floor braces are much thicker then those but it still will work

Sorry, I stand corrected- FINland.

I think he is referring to the center brace, the one directly below the floor pan the front seat sits on. The 57-58 center braces were different from the '59 braces. The '59 brace is the one being reproduced.
