I tried to contact Hot Rod Magazine to see if they would look into what happened to Miss B, but the editor never replied to my inquiry.

So far as I know, Miss Belvedere is still at the workshop of Ultra One in New Jersey while they try to get the rust and crud off the body. Here is their website: http://www.ultraoneusa.com/ There are a few pictures posted on their web site, but not many. I heard they were looking into buying a parts car to get a sound frame to put the car on (the frame and the rear springs rusted out during its long burial) but I don't know if they have actually done so.

When I was up there last Spring they had just purchased a donor car off EBay to rob for the frame et al.

I realize this is a little off-topic, but does anyone have any idea what happened to Miss B?

REALLY...

They bought a Donor Car several years ago for the frame swap, but established the Miss Belv Body was too weak to survive the frame swap...

6 1/2 years after being Unearthed and dryed out, the body has probably dropped off the frame now.. I believe they had replaced the broken rear leaf springs at some point though..

I'm also still confused why there is still a spammer's reply quoted in this topic.
And yes, this "superman7" is also a spammer to-be.

Maybe she should just be preserved as she came out of the ground ....after all that would be a testament to the state of technology in the late 50's..........why restore or change anything..........the whole thing has more mystery and allure in ás is'condition...imho

Their website still works, but the "Follow Miss Belvedere" link is not functioning. For all this car has been through, it might be best at this point to press Miss B down into a special City of Tulsa manhole cover, give it back to that fair city and be done with it.
