I need the one piece trim that goes all the way across the top of the rear window.
This is part of the special add on trim that continues down the roof rails.

I also need a passenger door for the two door hardtop.

Thanks.

Your""re funny Kurt. You don't need Dagmars, that would be too easy. Hope you find the bits, are they really that hard to find?

Steve.

Ya know, when I was restoring the 59 Dodge, the parts would show up weekly on Epay. But for the 58 DeSoto hardly anything shows up, ever.
Which means, I actually have to LooK for people with the parts and I have to use that thing called a phone.

Rosy put this gee-gaw on her 57 Sweep after an extended search. Have you
spoken with her about leads ? It might be she had other leads before ending
the search when she found her set ???

I am parting out a '58 DeSoto...but it's a four door see-dan. Looks almost identical to the one you pictured above, green and all. Was that extra window trim package used on any other FL's? Chryslers maybe?

Brad, Are you parting out a Firedome?
I have never seen this special trim on any other car. So I would have to say that it was only on DeSotos.

===============================

The only cars that would fit would be 57/58 Chrysler Windsor/Saratoga coupes with the
low back glass, 57/58 DeSoto Firedome/Sweep with the low back glass, and POSSIBLY the
same for 59 ???

A check of the parts book would confirm the 57-58 interchange, but 59 had a separate
book and who cares about 59 anyway ???

The key is, that low back glass roof that was common to all of these cars.
