57 and 59 are the easiest years to find. I see 2HT's for sale in the usual old car rags regularly. If you are not in a hurry, you should be able to find a decent once for that price.

Shipping costs are not particularly expensive, altho the particular shipping costs does vary greatly, at different ports.

Jim Hoekendijk (Netherlands) had confirmed that it's cheaper to ship a car to his home, from the WEST coast of U.S., than from
the East coast!

Of course, residing in Tulsarama-ville implies that your receiving port choices might be Mobile, 'Nawlins, or Houston.

fred, what engine is in your coronet? also is there now, or has there ever been any rust in the car that you know of? if so, where, etc. how good is the paint? looks good, but anything to be seen when youre up close to the car? how reliable would you rate the car? once she gets it she'll want to drive it everywhere!!! lol. any known issues with the ol girl? and finally, do you have any idea as to the mileage on the car/engine, etc.

thanks so much
brandon.

Fred; you got a 4-bbl carb on your car?

Is it OEM, or a retro-install?

What is on the carb's brass tag?

I bought the car from Fred. I want to thank him for his honest description of the car. I drove 600km round trip to get the car and it was exactly as described.
