Still plodding along with my plymouth
Does anyone have a good way of restoring the lower dash trim without loosing the lines?
I can re polish it, but trying to get the lines back would be a major mission.
I have had them soaking in an aluminium cleaner for hours today and they are a lot better, but far from good.
They are scratched and a bit pitted, I think they are beyond fixing, but I thought I would ask before I just polish them to shiney
Cheers

Location: Brisbane Australia | I repaired and mirror polished mine. Then used 2 different wide vinyl pinstrip tape to mask up with. Once I finished masking i removed the thicker one and glass bead blasted carefully from about a foot away so it didnt peel the remaining tape. Once blasted I removed tape and clear coated the whole panel. See if I can post a picture
