Location: Connecticut | Hey Everybody - I'm rebuilding the steering linkage of my 1959 Dodge. I'm still looking for one more inner tie rod. Part number 1818999. Superseded by 2279989 and 2525049. Stamped with casting number 1735485. Not interested in any of the modern made-in-China reproductions. NORS is OK (Moog, TRW, etc).
Thanks, Ron

I put 1818999 into Part House Clearance's eBay store and got a couple of NOS hits
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_dkr=1&iconV2Request=true&_blrs=reca...
The owner of the site buys from my local NOS guy and/or Len Dawson so there is a chance that I could get it cheaper. Maybe.

Location: Connecticut | Way too expensive. I bought the last NOS one from AMSNOS for 130. Even that was too much, IMHO. Ron |

Ron: I contacted my local NOS parts guy and he says that his computer inventory says that he has one (a 1818999). The price is way less than Parts Clearing House. If you are interested my guy will go out to the inventory and pull the bin that the part is supposed to be in.
I *could* mail it to you from Point Roberts WA in a USPS Priority Mail flat rate box.
If you want.

If you didn't like that, then you really won't like this:
