Dose anyone have pictures of how its done please?
There are pretty much no good pictures of interiors for these cars.
2 door hard tops, you can find thousands

       Location: northern germany | 2/4 D HT Should be the same. Not? What do you mean by "works"? How it is attached? The only difference is the center door post on 4 D HTs and it should be self explanatory where it goes (between post and trim I guess). |

        Location: Perth Australia | I guess the term "how it works " has thrown everyone, sorry. I know how it attaches, not how it fit, where exactly it goes.
Pictures like the one you posted 1960fury are what I need
Looks like floor to roof on the A pillar, but not sure how it ends at the roof, nothing at all on the be pillar, just the plastic trim and
floor to somewhere on the C pillar.
Good to see how the door rubbers/weather seals go too

           Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | The windlace is mounted with small clips, A-pillar and "C"-pillar.
The A-pillar windlace is mounted behind the instrument panel. You can remove the old one by tearing it out. Some cars had a carton extension sewed on to the windlace.
The A-pillar windlace starts under the instep garnish and ends up under the roof garnishes.
The B-pillar has no windlace, only the plastic covers
The "C" pillar had a carton extension sewed to the windlace, in turn mounted with small clips.
The "C" pillar windlace starts under the instep garnsish and stops at the beginning of the roofrail rubber.
The pictures below shows the "C" pillar windlace, "as found" (stitches removed) and ready to mount

           Location: Southern Sweden - Sturkö island | Here's a photo of a '61 New Yorker. You can clearly see how the windlace was cut and fixated.
In the section behind the dashboard, you could sew on a piece of carton and tuck it in, with a thin layer of glue - that's what I did.

        Location: Perth Australia | My dash is only just sitting there at the moment. I was test fitting it to make sure that it would fit after
the steering conversion.
I found this when I built the dodge, that it looks like the first thing fitted the shell once its built is the windlace, strange.
I actually have enough windlace left over from the dodge to do this car, but paint happens first and thats still about a month away
