Hey all!
I've got a 1959 Chrysler New Yorker that need to get stripped down for paint, does anyone have any tips/ order of procedure for pulling the clip?
I've never tried to pull one before so i figured id see if there was anything other than a couple buddies to help that id need and if anyone could tell me the locations of all the bolts involved.

Thanks!!

Hood-fenders-inner fenders-radiator support.
Remember to make all underhood adjustments and firewall clean up before you re install the parts.
Also service the heater fan and core when you have good access.

The entire front clip will come off as a unit. That's the fenders, core support, and inner fenders.

The only tricky fasteners are the ones that hold the fenders to the cowl, as they are a little hidden behind the doors. Otherwise it's pretty easy. 13 fasteners total, I think (the odd one is the large one at the bottom center of the core support to frame).

You make that sound easy Danny..
It was not a one man job in my eyes. The square pipe didn`t fit there before you had either lifted the rear end of the clip quite a lot (no can do with the doors on the car)
or moved the clip forward about ten inches.
The clip surely had to be taken apart for media blasting? Otherwise it must have been a gigantic sanding and cleaning job...and impossible to get done properly IMHO.

I did it on my dodge (by myself). Putting it back on, I did in pieces. To re fit, I would want more people
to help, so the paint didnt get scratched.

It was surprisingly easy though
