Location: Finland | Not fun..got this in dec.2021 and started to install it a couple of days ago. Was only loosely hooked up when I noticed a 4 inch long rip in a seam. The fabric had slipped away during sewing so the thread went through only one of the fabric sheets. I sent fine photos proving that but this is what i got for an answer:
"We recommend you take the headliner to any upholstery shop or tailoring shop to resew that seam.
It's the quickest way to get that headliner repaired and installed.
Look at it from our point of view, we have no idea how hard you stretched that headliner and it's been two years, well past the point when an issue should arise with a headliner."
No attempt to see the facts that this wasn`t ripped apart , it was sewn like that.
Stupid to get dec 2021 to okt. 2022 to two years..
Never more a headliner from these guys....
