It has 57 front grill and bumper and 57 taillights but, as Igor pointed out, the VIN suggests 58. (Personally, I like the 57 grill and taillights better than the 58s so I can see the appeal).

Each vehicle is being offered by a different vendor.
I spoke with the gent selling the Dodge at the Chrysler Expo at Rocklea earlier this month.
