I'm parting it. It does have very solid Floor pans. It has: F and R A/C, Mirror Matic, Electric swivel seat with door actuator to release swivel, Electric vent windows, I'm in Little Rock, Arkansas. 501-sixx too six- zero 0 6 sevin.

That was one of the first Imperials built. Loaded with options it may have been used in shows. Would have been very showy when new with those colors.
