I know that only 10 or so 1959 Windsor convertibles are known to exist. I'd imagine the surviving number is similar for the 1960.

Location: Northen Virginia | My friend John in Canada, has one and it was offered another one in mint condition for $40K also in Canada.
Originally his plan was make a 60 Desoto convertible dream car (desoto never did a 60 ragtop) but now he his thinking twice do to the rarity of the Windsor.
