Location: MN | Hello,
I'm working on adding dual antennas to my car. I'm using the factory template I found on this site so long ago I can't remember who to thank at the moment.
When I marked it out, I was surprised to see the centerline of the holes will be pointing inward some at the front rather than being straight ahead. My bases are still out being re-chromed so I don't have them for a reference at the moment. I didn't take a photo of my car because most of it is covered while I'm having some other work done to it so there's not much to see other than the opening I made to mark holes.
Does anyone out there have a '57 or '58 Plymouth with known factory-installed antennas who can confirm if bases are straight or if they point in some at the front?
Below are photos of the template and the rear of a '58 Fury that seems to show the fronts pointed in some. I just don't want the masts to be pointing outward. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Location: MN | I had forgot to mention in the initial post, when it's printed out, it's not to scale. I had to play with it on a copier to get the dimensions right. |
